CHANGES IN ENDEMOL MANAGEMENT

Endemol Group B.V. today announced that Marco Bassetti is to be appointed to the Management Board as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and on 1st January 2008 Peter Bazalgette will step down as Chief Creative Officer (CCO).

Marco Bassetti (50) joined the Endemol Group in 1997. He was former Managing Director of Endemol Italia and is part of Endemol's international management team. As COO, he will fulfil the role in the Management Board that has been vacant since March this year.

From 1st January 2008, the Endemol Management Board will consist of Aat Schouwenaar (Chief Executive Officer), Marco Bassetti (Chief Operating Officer) and Jan Peter Kerstens (Chief Financial Officer).

Peter Bazalgette (54) was appointed to Endemol's Management Board as Chief Creative Officer in January 2005 and since then has been responsible for overseeing the creation of content across the Group's worldwide network. During that time he was also Chairman of Endemol UK. He will be stepping down from both these roles, but will continue as an advisor to the Endemol Management Board in 2008.

Peter comments: "Having guided Endemol through an IPO and then a company sale I have decided this is a good time to make a change of direction in my career. But I'm not cutting the umbilical cord completely and I look forward to continuing to collaborate with the company in 2008.

Other changes in senior management at Endemol are as follows:

Michiel Buitelaar (44) has been appointed as Senior Executive Director Digital Media & New Business.

William Linders (36) is stepping down as Executive Director Digital Media at the end of this year but will work together with Michiel until then.

In his new role Michiel will be in charge of Endemol Group's Digital Media Department and will report to the Management Board. Michiel Buitelaar has previously held senior positions at Ben (now T-Mobile) and Orange in the Netherlands. He was also Managing Director of KPN's wireline's consumer business, where he was responsible for telephony, Internet and TV services.

Pim Schmitz (38) will become Senior Executive Director Corporate Development and M&A from 1st October 2007, replacing Arjen van Mierlo. Pim will be responsible for Endemol Group's corporate development and international M&A strategy. He has previously held senior positions in Investment management at Cyrte Investment and in Corporate Finance and Wholesale banking at ABN AMRO.

Arjen van Mierlo (38), currently Executive Director Corporate Development and M&A is appointed as Executive Director International Operations, heading the international operations team. Arjen will be reporting to Marco Bassetti.

At the same time I'd like to thank Peter Bazalgette for the vital role he has played over the years in Endemol's creative development and value creation of the Endemol Group. I am very sad to see him step down but very much look forward to working with him in a new capacity in 2008.
