DELISTING OF ENDEMOL SHARES

Edam Acquisition B.V. and Endemol N.V. jointly announce that Endemol N.V. has requested NYSE Euronext to de-list all Shares in Endemol N.V. from Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext Amsterdam.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the expected date for the effective cancellation by NYSE Euronext of the listing is 12 September 2007, which means that the expected last trading date will be 11 September 2007.

Shareholders are reminded that the subsequent acceptance period expires on 22 August 2007 at 15:00 hours CEST and that any Shares not yet tendered can still be tendered during the remainder of the subsequent acceptance period. During this subsequent acceptance period, Shareholders can tender their Shares in the same manner and subject to the same terms and restrictions as described in the Offer Memorandum and the press release and advertisement of 4 July 2007. Copies of the Offer Memorandum are available on the website of Endemol N.V. (www.endemol.com). Copies of the Offer Memorandum are furthermore available free of charge at the office of Endemol at Bergweg 70, 1217 SC Hilversum.
