ENDEMOL LAUNCHES ALL NEW DISTRIBUTION SLATE

Endemol International today unveiled a significant slate of new hit programmes from the USA and the UK, which will be available to international broadcasters for the first time at Mip TV.

Among this year's highlights are two major series from Endemol's New York based subsidiary True Entertainment.

Wreckreation Nation sees US comic David Mordel travel the States in search of bizarre hometown traditions, unusual competitions and downright peculiar pastimes that make his country unique. The 13 x 60 minute series is a hit for Discovery USA. Personal Justice is the 8 x 60 minute docu-drama series for TLC in the US, in which ordinary people reveal their extraordinarily personal journeys to find the truth behind violent crimes committed against loved ones.

Two hit VH1 shows from Endemol's US affiliate 51 Minds Entertainment will also launch at this year's market.

For the Love of Ray J (10 x 60 minutes) sees singer, songwriter, actor and celebrated Hollywood 'Bad Boy' Ray J put a line up of beauties through a series of challenges and eliminations in a bid to find his perfect mate. Daisy of Love (11 x 60 minutes) sees Rock of Love 2 runner-up Daisy De La Hoya bounce back from being turned down by 80s rock star Bret Michaels and give her fans the chance to vie for her love.

Also available for the first time this Mip TV will be two brand new series from Endemol UK.

Extreme Male Beauty is a four part factual entertainment show, which follows one man each week as he's re-branded and transformed from slovenly slob to perfect Adonis. The series is due to premier on Channel 4 in May. Rehab is the new series, which charts the journeys of seven addicts as they prepare to combat their various destructive lifestyles at the established rehabilitation clinic Passages in Malibu, California.

Tom Toumazis, Chief Commercial Officer of Endemol Group comments: "This is a rich and diverse line up of factual, reality and entertainment series from two of the world's biggest TV markets. Those that have already gone to air are proven hits in their home territories and all are the kinds of shows that will appeal to audiences anywhere in the world."

Other shows joining this year's programme line up for Mip TV are returning factual entertainment series Gok's Fashion Fix (Channel 4), Supersize vs. Superskinny (Channel 4) and Coleen's Real Women (ITV2), all three of which have been commissioned for second runs in the UK.
