PAUL JOHNSON STEPS DOWN AT ENDEMOL GROUP

Endemol, a world leader in entertainment, today announced that Paul Johnson is stepping down from his position as Global Head of Marketing and Brand Partnerships.

After completing the full rebranding of the Endemol Group and with the successful launch of Endemol Worldwide Distribution at MIPCOM alongside the launch of Jerry Seinfeld's The Marriage Ref, Paul Johnson will step down from his day to day role at Endemol Group at the end of the year.

Paul comments: "Endemol is one of the most creative and dynamic companies in the industry and has undergone significant growth and development over the course of 2009.  As the business has changed so too have Endemol's strategy and structure.  As a result, I've concluded that the time is right for me to move on.  It's been a privilege to be part of such an exceptionally talented team and I look forward to working in a consultancy capacity with some of my colleagues in 2010."

Ynon comments; "Paul has carried out a very valuable role during a time of significant change at Endemol.  We will miss his energy, dedication and motivation, which have been second to none.  We look forward to consulting with him on specific projects next year and wish him all the very best for the future."

Paul will continue in his current role until the end of the year and will work closely with Endemol's Chief Commercial Officer Tom Toumazis in handing over his day to day responsibilities.  He will consult for Endemol during the first quarter of 2010, focusing his efforts in the area of Branded Entertainment.

Before joining Endemol, Paul was Director of MIPTV and MIPCOM at Reed Midem in Paris.
