For the past five years Tim Hincks has overseen all the UK group's output, first as Creative Director then stepping up to become Chief Creative Officer in 2005. During this time he has guided Endemol UK through a period of diversification into new genres including comedy, gameshows, specialist factual and scripted series and onto new platforms such as online and mobile.
As Chief Executive he continues to oversee the creative direction of the UK Group. He is also a member of Endemol Group's International Committee.
In addition to his role at Endemol, Tim is Executive Chair of the Edinburgh International Television Festival.
Lucas Church has been Joint Managing Director of Endemol UK since 2005. He has held a range of senior positions in the company including Head of Legal And Business Affairs and Commercial Director.
Richard Johnston has also been Joint Managing Director since 2005. His previous roles at the company include Finance Director and Head of Business Development.

Endemol UK annually produces over 6,000 hours of output. Credits include BBC ONE's latest talent show hit The One and Only, Channel 4 series Supersize vs. Superskinny, hit game shows Deal or No Deal (Channel 4), 1 vs. 100 (BBC ONE); Golden Balls (ITV1) and forthcoming BBC ONE series The Kids Are All Right; reality blockbuster Big Brother (Channel 4; E4); and comedy series 8 Out Of 10 Cats (Channel 4), Would I Lie To You (BBC ONE) and Charlie Brooker's Screen Wipe (BBC Four; BBC Two).
The company is also behind a growing portfolio of innovative multiplatform entertainment including BBC THREE's online and TV event Upstaged; O2's first ever made-for-mobile drama, Cell; Bebo's online reality show, Gap Year; BBC online interative drama Signs of Life and BBC THREE's forthcoming interactive comedy series The Wall.
