Endemol USA will collaborate with MLB and its new marketing agency Hill Holiday to co-develop a live interactive experience for all baseball fans and sports fanatics. The web series will include a casting call for a dream job in Major League Baseball and one fan will be chosen for this once in a lifetime experience.
The MLB is looking for someone who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the entire league, an engaging personality, a unique writing style and voice, a sense of humor; is comfortable in front of a camera and most importantly, loves baseball. Fans can apply online at http://mlb.com/dreamjob/
The winner will move to New York to watch every MLB game over the course of the entire baseball season and blog opinions, interact with fans through social media and appear in video blogs, baseball-themed webisodes, on TV and much more.
Endemol USA will produce the webisodes which will be distributed on MLB.com and shared through social media outlets. Further details will be announced soon.
