About

The game is split into two rounds: one to decide how much the contestant wins and the other to decide for how long the money gets paid! The lucky winner could end up scooping payments of as much as $50,000 a month for the rest of his or her life.

It's not a test of knowledge. No questions. No challenges. All the contestant has to do is reveal a certain number of coloured lights: whites or reds. Whites are alright and as long as white lights keep being found, the contestant is winning. But red spells danger. Four reds and it's game over!

And in Set For Life, it's not just a contestant's gambling fever, self-control and gut-feeling that we put to the test ... it's their relationship too. Because, although they're the one playing the game, their loved one - kept completely isolated in a soundproof booth - plays a pivotal role in deciding their winnings.

At some point during the final round, the contestant's partner must choose when to walk away with the cash. But have they cost the contestant a fortune or prevented pending doom? Whatever happens, we'll only find out at the very end of the game. Will the contestant's greed trip them up? Will they go home with hardly anything, or will they walk out of the studio safe in the knowledge that they're Set For Life?
